How long does a new website take to design and build?
Generally speaking, and dependent on the technical specification, your website will be launched within six to eight weeks from receipt of a signed purchase order and payment, providing all necessary content and information have been supplied. Where do you host the websites?
We use three different hosting suppliers and will advise accordingly based on the size of your website, the functionality required and expected traffic.
Will I be able to edit the content of my website?
Yes – most of it. Each website Cariad Marketing creates comes with a CMS (content management system). This means you can edit the text on the pages as often as you like and change things like special offers, photos, prices etc. You will be given full training on the use of the simple CMS (content management system) and this is included in your website package.
Are your websites SEO (Search engine optimisation) friendly?
Yes, all of our websites are built with search engine optimisation in mind, so your website can easily be found and crawled by Google
Are your websites designed to work across different device types?
Yes, all of the websites we build are fully responsive websites that look great on both desktops and mobile devices.

Delayed order confirmation emails
Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, however, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?
You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we’ve sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list!
If you change your mind later, you can still subscribe to our newsletters by signing up on our website or contacting our Customer Care Team!
Can I change the email address to my order?
Yes! Please email our Customer Care team with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation emails to the updated address.
